SCIP x GreenRE MoU Signing Ceremony

Sunway Iskandar Sdn Bhd is proud to be the first southern developer to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with GreenRE.

This partnership signals Sunway City Iskandar Puteri’s adoption of the GreenRE’s industry standard certification process and a shared goal of furthering sustainable development through various means - shaping greener urban ecosystems and delivering thriving, sustainable communities.

Moving forward, we will strive towards GreenRE certifying the township as a whole – establishing SCIP as Johor’s largest township to achieve this milestone. And we’re honored to have Mr Gerard Soosay, SCIP’s Chief Executive Officer and Ir Ashwin Thurairajah, Executive Director of GreenRE lead this collaboration as we work together towards a greener future.
